Custom software
We build client portals, internal tools, dashboards and custom business systems. We start by looking at the work you need to do and where your current tools fall short. Sometimes an existing product can be configured or connected to cover the job.
Working out what to build
Show us how the process runs now, including the spreadsheets, forms and messages people rely on. We need to understand who enters information, who uses it and which decisions the system supports.
A client portal might let a customer supply documents and see what is outstanding. An internal tool might give staff a queue of requests, an approval screen and a record of changes. We work through the necessary screens, permissions and connections with the people using them.
The first release can cover one defined part of the process. We agree on what it must do and how we’ll check it, then use what the team learns from working with it to guide later additions.
A custom build needs ongoing care
Access, backups, maintenance and support need to be planned along with the software. We discuss who will run the system and which outside services it depends on before you commit to the build.
If you already have suitable tools, we’ll look at whether improvements or integrations would address the problem. Bring the existing setup so we can compare the options against the actual work.
