Planning a shoot
Tell us about the subject and where the material will appear. Website photographs, a vertical social video and a property walkthrough need different coverage. We plan the shots and edits together so the shoot provides the material you’ve asked for.
For a property, aerial views can explain the setting and approach. Interior photographs and walkthroughs show the rooms and their relationship. We choose the coverage around the property and the intended use.
Property records and repeat visits
A remodel or development project may need floor plans, 3D capture, takeoffs or a record of existing conditions. Active sites may need recurring photographs and footage from repeatable positions. We confirm the detail, timing and organization the people using those records need.
Before booking capture
We review access, location, travel, property size, timing and deliverables before confirming the cost. Photography, aerial work, spatial capture and repeat visits are scoped separately or combined by agreement. Bring any deadlines and existing plans to the first conversation.
